For me it was my intake hands down. I actually felt a gain and the car was much more responsive.
My exhaust(header) back didn't seem to do much if anything at all. Sure, my car sounds faster, but it ain't
This isn't my first car where exhaust hasn't mattered, same thing with my Storm. I have also done a lot of studying and have noticed a lot of higher powered naturally aspirated 4-bangers stick with a 2" exhaust. Just a thought.
Well since i only have one mod right now (my exhaust) i would have to say its my favorite. Not really more power but better throttle response. The power that was already there (what little bit there is) seems to come on quicker.

Id say my whole exhaust the car pulls noticably harder when getting on the highway or passing people.
just replaced my rigged up intake with a weapon r a few days ago and just got done putting in my header and they are nice, gotta wait til tuesday for my mounts to be delivered but so far my favorite mod now is my stereo, it makes the driving more fun when i can hear and feel the music.
My favorite mod for my 2200 was the P&P and Crane 1.6 ratio rockers. Technicallt thats two mods, but they go so well together.

My intake so far has been my best. So far, my header/exhuast has been a total nightmare, ever since I got it in, I've had warning lights all over my cluster, such as the damn P0130 02 Sensor Circuit Malfunction........I replaced the 02 sensor, and it is still bringing up that code, not to mention my car just dies when I'm moving slowly (died today in the middle of rush hour traffic..........NOT FUN!!!)

Turbo was the best mod ever. Now the car puts out double the stock horsepower and double the stock torque.

The best Mod that I have done I would say nitrous but in a couple weeks here it probably will be the turbo.
Id say so far it was my Weapon-R intake that I added about a week ago. Today I installed a RKSport single Cat-back. Im happy with the combination of intake and exhaust.
