inspections in TX

Here is the deal. I am looking to relocate to San Antonio. I have a 40 sunfire with a salvage title. How do the inspections work down there. I have no airbags, is this something that I will need to put back in or not. (I am also thinking about selling the car also). Just mainly curious on the inspections down there.

what do they all inspect?? The only things that are not working on my car is the daytime running lamps, but all headlights blinkers everything else works, my airbags as mentioned above, and the horn. Any issues with this?

Gotta have a working horn, seatbelts, etc. As far as emissions, you can't have a check engine light, and you can't go there right after resetting your codes.
