I really dont know if its repairable. My engine had over 102,000 miles on it so i guess it was time for a new one anyways. i have to fix it somehow though cause i'm still paying on the damn car. How much for that motor Ozzie?

junk yard down in mansfield selling Eco motor for 350 but you can bring it down, with i think he said 40,000 miles .
Here some pics of the engine.
Alright heres the situation. I found a motor it was out of an 04 and has 10,000 miles on it. It has no coil pack , intake manifold or TB. Will i be able to take these parts of mine and transfer them. I have an 02 eco to remind yall. And they also have a tranny from the 04. Will that fit mine as well cause mines a little shot as well. Also will my wiring harness and ecu and all that stuff just transfer over?

I found an engine with 13,000 miles and theyre asking $850. Does this sound preety good or should i keep on looking. I found it locally so thats why i'm looking into it.

Alright guys I just wanted to let yall know that i found a motor today and stuck my car in the shop. So hopefully they'll be done preety soon. The engine i found was out of an 03
with 9,000miles on it for $400.00. Thanks guys for all yalls help.

How did you send up sending a rod threw the oil pan?
I know the 2002 Ecos use a different type of fuel rail than the 2003 Ecotecs. I would think that you could just transfer just about all of the parts from the 02 over to the 03.
