I am helping a friend sell his turbo kit for $800 FIRM in exchange for the buyer's intake, exhaust manifold, fuel injectors, fuel rail, fuel lines, and the entire exhaust from the manifold to the muffler. The custom kit would built for a 98-02 2200, but I i think that it could work on a 95-97 2.2 minus the injectors and fuel rail.
The kit includes:
T3 60 trim turbo with a Jet Hot coated turbine housing
Jet Hot coated exhaust manifold
Internal wastegate set at 6psi
Stainless steel braided oil feed line
HKS front mount intercooler
HKS blow off valve
Jet Hot coated log manifold
2.5 inch downpipe & 2.5 inch exhaust & muffler
All of the intake/charge pipes and clamps
A few T-bolt clamps
Mounting hardware for intercooler
Silicon connectors
Vortec FMU
30 lbs Accel Injectors
Fuel rail
MSD inline fuel pump
This kit needs to go ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

214-673-1333 is my number. I have already installed this kit once, so I know a little bit about it.
.....The kit/car is located in Rowlett/Garland.
This kit has to go ASAP. If there is not a buyer by the beginning of next week, the turbo kit is being sold WITH the car....$3500 for the car with the kit.
$800 for the turbo kit in exhange for the buyer's parts.

Its not my kit, it is David's kit. I could exchange the parts and do the install for a price if you decide to buy the kit. I will have to look on his car, but I think that everything will be a direct swap if I have both cars over here at the same time.

K well i am thinking about this now..as i said before tho i dont want the exhaust cause i want to get a full 3" back..and its too big to ship.....but i can send the downpipe..now the questons come..hehhe..turbo condition? shaft play ect....how does this setup run? ie safe? will i need anything more to run tis setup and can i turn down the boost? its a garret turbo correrct? ive got 125 or so km on my car so i shodl be ok with this setup...umm email me..dragginframe22@hotmail.com..phil
It is a Air Research turbo which is made by Garret. I just checked and there is very little shaft play. The least amount of boost that you can run with this wastegate is 4 psi. Just about everything you need will come with the kit. You might need to buy a few vacuum lines and hose clamps. If I was able to swap out the parts on both cars, I could just pull everything off of the Cavalier and put it on yours.
I will have to talk to him about the exhaust, because that is the main piece that he needs.

Well I have a Pacesetter Header going into a 2.5 inch pipe all the way back into dual exhuast pipes with DTM mufflers. Also a High Flow cat is in there. The intake is an aftermarket one. Not sure who the maker is.
Have 800 but since all my pieces are aftermarket could be work with something. Or is he wanting factory pieces? Please let me know. I am in Mesquite and the car can be taken anywhere and left there for whatever time period you might need it.
I am not very knoldgeable on these cars at all so would take any advice with the car as well from you adler. Been around awhile and seen you know what you are talking about . Just had the engine put in and it has 36000 miles on it. What else would i maybe need . Only looking to get around 175-190 to the ground.
You will have mostly everything that you need to put down that much power. Since it has a Vortech FMU, I would suggest buying the other fuel pressure calibration disks. I am not forsure which disk is in the FMU right now.
Here are the other disks that Vortech sells:
4:1, 6:1, 8:1, 10:1, and 12:1
Or if you do not feel like messing with the Vortech FMU, you could buy the fully adjustable Cartech FMU, which doesnt require the calibration disks, off of ebay for around $200. I had a Cartech FMU on my car when it put down 275hp and 306 torque.
You might need a few vacuum lines and some T's for the vacuum lines for me to do a clean install.
NGK TR6 spark plugs, part number is 4177. Oriley's Auto Parts or any performance shop can get you those. I have seen them cheaper at Oriley's tho.
You might need one or two fittings so the oil feed line can screw into the block. If I do the install, I can run to a hardware store and pick that up for you.
You might need a little bit of extra fuel line also, but I could also get that for you when I do the install.
That is all that I can think of right now. If I think of anything else, I will post it up.

Ok cool! I am stuck driving with my wife in our Solstice with the top down and cant hear @!#$ on the cell. I will call you when i get home. Thanks a ton on getting back to me so fast. And I will go with any of the parts you think I will need. Like i said I am new to turboing the cavalier and will take any and all advice you are willing to throw my way. We are in Mesquite and could meet up as for I can show the wife the kit to win her over on it. Trying to make this thing a show car for the most part and wont be trying to have massive boost out of it.

Yellow I am willing to go anywhere. Lately been hard to get out and about and been killing me on going to any of my meets. I dont think i can hit up any of the Monday ones. But I think me and the wife can do just about any other day.
