Well there is alot of people around Little Rock that has modded their cars, is Conway in Pulaski County? Well if is or if not call your Sheriff's Department and they will be able to tell you the Laws or get a hold of Arkansas State Police. I wouldn't suggest calling the city pd because they may have different laws and ordinances for in the city.

Its been about 5 years since I lived in Arkansas, but by looking at your mod list you are ok. Things could have changed, so I would double check with the state police.. I use to live on Little Rock AFB. Lots of good times there. Ahh memories

Arkasas is one of the most laxed state's as far as modding a car goes. I have seen personally many of car's myself, being I used to live in Ft. Smith and frequently visit the state quite often. If you'd rather be safe then sorry tho contact their local authorities to find out what's up.

your best bet is to (if you can swing it) have someone at one of the state police headquarters to fax you or even mail you or email you a list of current mod laws in ark... that way if a cop gives you crap you can show it to him or get it thrown out of court if a ticket or charges are given..
