Just checking to see if there are any J-bodies around east texas that want to meet up in late November. I'll be around that area for about two weeks, and then I head back to Las Vegas. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Texas is freakin huge and the east end of it is bigger than some countries.

east as in Tyler, Athens, Gun Barrel City, Mabank, Malakoff, Palestine, Eustace....places in that area.

NO you must come to the DFDUB we do it the biggest, along with houston. But there are more in dallas/ft. worth area. Beg if you have to
Houston only gets to gether once and while.

hey you would think that city is just crawling with j's and they all flow in packs. Must be a thing of beauty. Well that is if all the cars look good.
Houston is very weird when it comes to the car scene. ANd its not just Js.
All car scenes are crazzy.
I think becasue the city is so huge that nothing ever works. When a new spot starts up it is crazzy packed within a couple months and then gets shut down.
Its been over 3 years sence a decent amount of nice Js used to meet up on a reg basis.

yeah well SA is no different But now we just meet at a friends house every weekend. But there is a spot off san pedro and 410. And it has been going for about 6 months so far and now host around 100 to 200 cars every friday night. From 10-12
Ive seen alot of J's out in Tyler that are pretty nice. Haven't had the chance to talk to any cause I'm in my work truck when I'm there. I've heard that they hang around the University and surrounding area's.
yeah when we cruise out there we actually walk around and don't really talk to people. But now I am going to start recruiting and getting the word out to all SA-j's. We have about 39 members on our local site but getting them to all show is the hard part.

Anyway man im from palestine if u dont know where that is it is about 45 mins south of tyler on 155
But im actually residing in hunstville at the time being, so unless if u catch me on a weekend that i go home then i wont be there. But if im there sure ill meet up with ya but as far as i know im the only one in that area that gets on here.

Well i dont live in east texas but i go there to visit.. Gunbarrel so if you want to me pick a date and time and i should be able to make it.

river city raceway is the best track
@!#$ cedar creek dragway is free of all the bs rules. Just find a car and drive up to the starting line and race. Ive been to a few NHRA tracks and its just more fun when u dont have to worry about what u are wearing, if you have a helmet, ect...
They just wont let you speed in the parking lot, or if u have a truck it cant have anything in the bed, as far as i know thats the rules (besdes the obvious if your car is just not safe by any means or whatever)

yeah, I know where Palestine and Gun Barrel are...they are literally opposite directions (from each other) from Athens. We used to play Palestine in football (I don't know if they still do). I should be in Athens on (or one day before or after) the 17th of November. So really the 17th or 18th will be good (I'll be in Athens until the end of November but will be a newlywed, so I doubt I'll have very much free time afterwards. Maybe the 25th, 26th, 27th, 29th, or 30th if anything (after the wedding date)...we want to be at home for Thanksgiving (the 24th) and my mom's b-day (the 28th). Any of those days that I listed should be good. Just pick one, and I'll see what I can do. Later!

Well, I am from Dayton, but i live in Arkansas right now, i know how you feel TurboStitch, im in the air force as well, but i wont be goin home till december and i wont be driving the cav, we learned there isnt enough room for a long trip with a baby
