well all in all, I had a good time. I met some pretty koo people and it was nice to see will and some of the dallas crew again. I took some pics but then my battery started crapping out on me. I will post pics soon though...

Yea i got back late last night then went to a car show today. But it was fun alot of nice lookin cars. food was good
not home yet??? Are you joking? Everybody left at like 5, they all got home, even us Dallas people who have the longest drive, i got home at midnight.
Derek, did u run into that big traffic jam on 35? Musta been a wreck, i was pissed, i was trying to get back b4 12 cuz my friend wanted to hang out before the night was over.
But, i think the meet could have been better, ive been to much better state wide jbody meets. I expected everybody to stay pretty late to hang out sense we never see eachother but once a year. I was late and didnt manage to meet with anybody but my normal Dallas crew, i wish everybody would have stayed longer. Oh good to see you again Mike(the only Houston person that stook around)

My husband and I stayed the night with Eric. We found us a hotel, took a little power nap and then went eat at Chillies.
Sunday we went all the way up River rd which crosses over the river and went all the way up to the dam. It was so pretty this weekend. We are going back soon to go camping on the river. Eric has most of the pics. I forgot my camera. All I had was the video.

Danny, yea i hit the ass end of the traffic, they were just cleaning it up when i hit it. lasted about 10 minutes then i was on my way again.
ya it was fun. about 30 all together.
redfire-ummm don't worry about it. ummm you didn't want to go. ummm all you do, just about, is complain about meets and rarely go.
we had fun. 30 j's were able to get together meet people from here and check their rides out in person. we had beer, water, cokes, hot dogs, chips, and hamburgers. it was nice weather the whole trip not a drop of rain. it was a bit hotter than expected, mostly sunny, since the clouds went away alot were in pants like me expecting it to be a bit cooler. the only thing that sucked was we weren't able to all park together. cavichick, mike, cscan parked other spots they could find then there was a handful of us parked by the park and the other handful parked across the street in a parking lot. just to highlight a few, we saw one guy had a 94 i think w/a ecotech 2.2 swap slammed. a 3rd gen cavy w/turbo, 03 sunfire with my fav kit the bomex, of course eric showed the bags off a little(not enough though) me and poison cavi had the lambo's up a couple had the Toyota tails. everyone had a good time. i got pics of almost all the cars w/the exception of cavichick, mike, and cscan i think. got some pics of the ones there too. id post pics but my computer wont recognize the connection to download them.
thanks to cscan for the park, hope you got your money for the rental of the spot.

Should have hit me up if u were.....me and my girl had a hotel over by the dfw airport. We spent all damn day trying to find something to do.
Didnt know where anything was...could have used ur help. we drove for like 3 hrs hunting tatoo shops monday and only found one......
ahh oh well though cause we ended up just getting @!#$ty drunk that night anyway so it ended up being pretty fun
BTW what did i miss at the meet...sure would have liked to go but i had some things to deal with.

i got back late around midnight i guess, went home showered and went to bed to be back up at 5am to work at 6am after being up since 4am sat morning.
I'm finally going to get my car back from the transmission shop. I was out of a car for the past 2wks. I'm not trying to make an excuse for not going. I was planning on going the first time. Sorry guys.....now i have a new tranny now......

Well I had fun. Miller Light made sure I had a good time. Im sure some of you noticed that. THe park was a really nice place. I however wish we could have all parked together.
Sunday we had a good time sight seeing. Like cavychic said I took them on a nice tour of the whole area. ANd sadly we found many great spots allong the river and Canyon lake that we could have all parked together on. Amazing photo opps at the damn and the huge arss levy. Biggest levy ive ever seen on a lake. It would have made for a great cruise anyway. We found a park on the lake that had a setup just like the meet we had in Temple. We could all have easily parked together right on the water front.
Ive got my pics uploaded but my computer is going crazzy everytime i get online. But I dont have any from the meet itself. THe batteries I purchased sat morning went dead after a couple shots on the highway. IM at my sisters now and is why it took this long for me to even reply.
I will be back up there memorial weekend riding the river. I cant wait to get back.
