I got a ref ticket a few weeks ago. First, the cop took NO pictures of my car, and considering I had my car back to stock the next day, I would like them to prove my car was modified in the first place.

But the real story, I called the referee(1-800-622-7733) and WTF?!?!?! How am I supposed to get my ticket signed off? Does anyone know if there is still a referee and the appointment office is just closed? Does anybody know everything? Some Honda guy said all Ref tickets are dismissable right now. Anyone know anything?

I don't know the technicalities right now, but Arnie did shut down a few auto programs until the states budget is approved. Your best bet would be to call the courthouse and let them know you were sent to the ref, but as of right now, refs don't exist.

What was the ticket for? Also, CHP can sign off some tickets
