My 2000 Z has a 2.4, duh, but i wanted to know if i can put a 1998 2.2 engine into it? If you're wondering why it's cuz i broke my orginal engine. What would i have to swap out or do all parts fit into place?

find another z motor, dont down grade
if u r going to go 2.2 get the ecotech or get the new 2.4 ecotech
you sure can...you can put in anything....almost....
My only question is why?
much easier to put in a 2.4 at least you don't have to screw around with wiring, pcm,ect.

hahahah you can put that 2.2 motor in a crate and mail it to me that's what you can do!!!
i would like to know what i need to do to upgrade all the changes i would have to make, but i might just keep a 2.2, right now i gotta get my sh*t to run though
