My car started that knocking sound and i tried to drive home right away but the engine locked up completly 1 block away from my house dont know what it could be that caused this maybe a lifter out of place caused a valve to stick open and mess a piston up or sumthin man i dont know what it could be any insite would be appreciated.

Nope. Not a lifter. That knock was either a rod or main bearing and if it locked that quickly I'd bet your oil pump took a crap and the engine ran dry. This will spin the bearings and make it lock up as quickly as your describing. Start looking for a new engine as this one is probly beyond saveing. Sorry man this sucks

smell your oil. i bet it smells nasty, if so it could be one of two things 9common/likely things) one is cylinder 3 rod bearing spun(common on J's) or like Jackalope said oil pump said "Seeya"
