well i finally broke my 2000+ front strut mounts. I know that the 95-99 style are stronger and rebuild-able.
1] I should go ahead and do both sides right? ( think there is a slight height difference in the two )
2] if i take it have it done somewhere vs me doing it should it include a realignment ?
( like when you get the struts replaced )
3] anybody have a general recommendation for someplace to go ( I usually do it myself, but i have a serious lack of time right now, yeah it doesn't take that long )
TIA

1a) um...no i'm not aware of rebuildable strut mounts...sorry on top of that if you have 2k plus mounts you can not interchange them
1b) yes its best to replace both sides and if you haven't done so replace your struts now cause its just as much work to do it now.
2) YES just looking at a hub and spindle won't tell you it is together at the correct angle, any shop you take it to will charge extra for the alignment or having to install an adjuster
3) i'm partial to my work (sears) but you can take it where ever you want and you'll be cool as long as they have an alignment rack
