Had the heater core replaced at the dealer when I got the car and it busted yet again. I got an aftermarket one at auto zone with aluminum side tanks and lines so I wouldn't need to replace the cracked plastic again. The thing fits...kinda. I needed to lube the now too small output tube to slide it on. One core line is too short and barely sticks out the firewall. The hose fit over it like half an inch and I'm praying it doesnt pop off on me. I'd leave it bypassed but it's getting cold in Michigan. Anyone used the all aluminum core or did I get the wrong one?
