i posted this on clubcav.com anbd so far no answer so im on here asking if anyone may know or give their opinions/expertise an such on this for those who do have either increased their tranny line pressure from the autotrans, b&m, or just in general purposes.
"i have a 99 Z24 and its auto. i have a few questions. first, where is the tranny line pressure on the car? also is it possible to upgrade the lines to slightly a larger size for improved shifting? the reason why im asking is because whenever i turn my B&M Shift+ on either setting 1or 2, those who know what im speaking of, know that it increases the flow withing the line pressure. will for some 4-speed autos, the increased in line pressure would cause a high beehive pitch/noise from the tranny area on the driver's side, someone from j-body.org told me. its really loud and it annoys the hell out of me. if anyone knows any ways to deafen or lower the beehive noise please let me know. also the noise would come on regardless if the B&M Shift+ off if i drive in gear 3 or any lower(again increased in line pressure). thanks in advance ppl. please help out a fellow j-body!"
thanks again in advance

Ok I don't know how this B&M shift plus works but I'll help you out with line presure. Its
not the presure in the cooler lines thats being referred to its the presure of the fluid being pumped thruout the trans. When you increase the presure you increase how fast the different gears can engage and how much presure is applied to the internal clutches to prevent slipage. Hope this helps you some anyway.

will any way to lower the noise by enlarging the fluid lines for better flow?

Not sure what the noise is. If your local I'm glad to look at it for you.
