is it nessacary to use one on the bolts for the head. i went to autozone and they didnt have one. if i need one i will buy it i just need to know where to go. and pray its not to much.

Do you mean a torque wrench? If so yes you need one and you should also buy new bolts and not re-use the old ones. The head bolts are known as torque to yeild and they strech when torqued at the factory then if you try to re-use them they cannot get a proper torque rate. Make sure you replace the bolts and you deff need a torque wrench.
Check around some places rent them.

What he meant was a round cardboard piece that as angle on it. Most of the time, the torque for the head bolts are Xlbs + 90°. I never used one. You take your time and you make it the same on every bolts.
