I was driving home from work today when I noticed my traction control off light came on. I thought that was really weird but I kept going and planned on taking it in to have it checked out. About a mile further down the road as I was taking off from a stop light the car bogged down and didn't seem to want to shift to 2nd (Auto transmisson) and when I gave it some gas it did nothing but bog, rpms didn't even climb. I pulled it over to the side of the road and ended up calling a tow truck to take it to the dealership where it will get fixed Monday (hopefully).

Any ideas what might be wrong with it so I know how much I'm gonna be stuck paying?

BTW It is a stock 03 cavy.
