Changed My Battery, Now SERVICE, FUEL, THEFT, T/C, ABS, PARKING light up. And my gauges don't work, says I have no fuel, water temp dosen't work, speedometer and rev don't work either. Also once in awhile all the lights come on for maybe half a second. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Sounds like the battery is not grounded correctly. Check your connections.

could be the alternator also.. but i'd do like rob said.. check the ground and make sure its good and then go from there...
I would go with alternator.
My car mysteriously had a SES light and an INFL REST (Airbag) warning light on one morning, then on the way to work my alternator crapped out.
Take it to autozone or somewhere and have it checked, you don't want it to die on you while you're in traffic or something.
