2000 Cavalier Problems
Tuesday, October 04, 2005 5:01 PM
Hello, I’ve been doing some research on this forum trying to figure out what is wrong with my GF's car, but I really couldn’t find an answer. I seen the post by "Dan" in this section, but it was a 2002. She has a 2000 Cavalier w/ auto trans and 2.2. The service engine, ABS, traction lights are all on all the time. I read some where that it might be caused by a speed sensor needing replacing, but I cant find any more information to go along with that theory.

Also the brake light in the dash is also on and I was told that it would come on if it was low on brake fluid, but its right at the MAX and the E- brake is fully disengaged

Any help at all would greatly be appreciated

BTW sorry for my ignorance about not knowing the difference if there is any between the 2000 and 2002 Cavaliers.

Thanks
etc
