...ugh..i hate nc inspections. and this was from a friend of mines inspection center...he promised to be as lenient as possible..passed all except the obd test.
Got the three following codes:
1-po134 - o2 sensor circuit no activity detected (bank 11 sensor 1)
2-po141 - 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank 11 sensor 2)
3-po507 - idle control system rpm higher than expected
so...what does each of these codes mean? a friend of mine went to drop off my car, so he returned with the rejection sheet, with the codes written at the bottom. can someone please diagnose what each means, and tell me how to fix? I need to pass within a few weeks.

i assume the first to are upstream and downstream 02s, and i have an aftermarket tb that seems to be idling kinda high...but i dunno how to adjust. passed everything else, though.
any help will be GREATLY appreciated. thanks.

Welll soul,
here is some reading while you wait for the experts
It is the OBDii library all interesting reading, at least you can work out what the code means.

Good luck

...thanks alont,. i already checked this site out, but i am not sure what I need to do to actually CORRECT the code. but thanks for the bump,

No Activity, so the sensor most likely isnt plugged in, or there is a ton of corrosion on the connectors.
po507 - idle control system rpm higher than expected
Simple the computer is programmed for idle to be at a certain RPM, when it is to far above or below the set limit, it thinks something is wrong with it
- 2004 Cavalier - 124k, owned since new
...anyone know how i can get the idle down to an acceptable inspection level with an aftermarket tb? (59mm from rsm)

Same as what Rob said. For some reason, it says bank 11 instead of 1, but both o2 sensors aren't feeding back to the computer. Sensor 1 is located on the exhaust manifold and sensor 2 is somewhere after that cat. Check for corrosion or a broken wire or if it's even plugged in.

This means that, like Rob said again, your car is idling higher then the computer is programmed to accept. First, what are you idling at?
To fix it, take the cover off the TB box (the black plastic thingy, its like 8mm or 10mm bolts should either pop out or you can use a wrench) and adjust the cable that runs to the TB.

Ban low-performance cars, not high-performance ones.
I believe my rpm read was 1047. is it possibly the iac / idle control screw thingy? im no mech.

however, i am gonna take it TO a mechanic to install the new 02 sensors (they have a lot of mileage, anyway, might as well put in fresh ones), and see if he can lower the idle a bit.
