I have an 04 Sunfire, and I'm pretty sure my front window defrost isn't working. It doesn't blow any air out of the top vent when I switch it to defrost, but all the other vents work fine. This is going to be a problem soon because I live in Canada and I pretty much need it to melt the ice off the window every morning in the winter months.
if it works on a cable system, check to make sure the cable is positioned right, if it is electronic get ahold of a dealer
