Clutch Actuator Pipe - GM TSB
Tuesday, August 30, 2005 5:32 PM
One question for anyone who may have had the clutch actuator pipe replaced (GM TSB #02-07-31-003A) in an attempt to reduce the pulsing/vibration in the clutch when engaging it. Did this solve the problem / reduce the vibration to your satisfaction? Or was there no noticeable difference?

The dealer wants about $180 CDN for parts and they said it would likely be 2 hours labour. I'm trying to decide if it's worth it.

The car has 72,000 KMs on it and I am the second owner. There is powertrain warranty left but apparently, the clutch is not covered. It's a 2001 Z24 manual.

Thanks in advance!
