hey ive seen a couple cavi's/fires relocate theyre climate control underneath the glove box, how hard is this to do and where could i find a good writeup on this, has anyone done this is so please help.

any one know any thing about this, pleas help

well...I've never relocated them. But pretty much you need to lengthen the wire to the hvac controls. So in tother words cut the conectores off the hvac controls(leaving enough to resolder back). Solder on the amount of wire you need to fit the hvac control where ever you intend, then solder the connector to the new lengthened wires. But I doubt you can go to far from the heater matrix, being that the cables to the matrix cannot be lengthend(unless you do some research and find longer ones). Remember I've never done this but that would be the approach I'd be expecting to perform

actually i really didnt have to extend the wires,its relocated underneath my dash witch by the way looks awsome, now im going to put gauges were the hvac controls were. my question now is i need to make a bracket any ideas???
