Ok I'm going to help you out here

The best EFI cleaner you can buy is either Chevron Techron or Valvoline Synthetic Fuel System Cleaner. Both work exceptionally, even on high mileage cars. The Techron is $5.99 per bottle and the Valvoline is $8.99 per bottle, as per Autozone, where I work.

Someone mentioned Seafoam - also good stuff. You can add it to gas, oil, intake, almost anything - but for a periodic cleaning of the entire fuel system, I recommend one of the two that I mentioned above.

On a car with as many miles as yours, you may want to also clean out the Throttle Body and Intake Manifold. Pick up some STP Throttle Body and Air Intake Cleaner or some Seafoam Deep Creep Spray, both will do the job.

What you want to do is pull off the air intake tube while the engine is off and cooled down, and spray the inside of the throttle body with the cleaner. Have someone manipulate the gas pedal from inside the car, so you can clean the throttle plate as well as the back part of the TB. Then Re-attach the air tube and start the car. It may stumble or stall, but thats normal. You should also get some white or black smoke coming out the exhaust. From there you can clean the engine while its running - detach a vacuum line or the PCV hose (brake booster line works well) and spray it into the hose with the engine idleing. If it stalls, restart and try again. You want to use about 1/2 to 3/4 of the can, that will ensure it gets cleaned out pretty well.

Hope that helps.

^^^^^ I will third this. I'm a big fan of Techron- to the point that I only use Chevron gas, because it runs it through every tank. I had a Lumina a few years back that kept getting clogged injectors, the dealership told me all they did was run Techron through them to clean em out and it ran like a champ. Started running Chevron gas, it never happened again.
