hey i just was at a stop light i i noticed engine feels like it is misfiring but no check engine light any ideas its a 98 2.2 when i popped hood the was liquid in spark plug hole on driver side of engine dont no if its coolant or water and yes it is raining here today any help will be appreciated
how is it driving, anything else different than a funny idle?
my 98 2.2 did the same thing i swapped out the spark wires and the plugs and it hasn't done it since. try that, it might work.

It wont set a Check Engine Light unless the misfire is bad enough to damage the cat.
I would look into problems with your secondary ignition system regarding the misfire.

i have put new plugs and wires on last year or 12000 miles ago and it feels like it has lost some power in the last few weeks and seeing as i dont have much to begin with i think im in trouble. it drives fine it just doesnt idle right
