so this started happening about a week ago, but it would only do it every so often.

when i close my door, it seems like it wont latch over to stay closed. it just seems the latch on the door isnt closing or locking onto the part on the inside of the doorjam.

anyone else have this problem, or maybe know what I can do to fix this. it sux really bad bc i hate having to hole my door shut when i turn. plus i need this car for work everyday.

I have had the same thing happen. The problem is that the hing is loose and the door drops slightly when I open it sometimes it doesn't hit the latch when I close it. I just hit the pin to tighten it a little it is temporary but seems to be working for now.

alright, i just looked at it again, and to me it seems like its broke or something. it doesnt seem like the same as the passenger side door. i can move the latch freely on the drivers side, where as on the passenger side, i can move it down, but have to use the handle to move it back.

thats because theres dust, grime that gets built up in there.

i just went through half a can of DW40 and its still stock in there!!!!!
i'll try to swap the power lock thing over my old one and install it tomorrow....
