im not to sure what it is but when i take off i get this click on the passenger side of the car or if the rpms are about 3500 and above and i let off it clicks. when i accelerate (on the drivers side) it thumps with the motor revs but if i very slowly speed up, even if the motor revs, it slows the thumping sounds. any help would be greatly appreciated

any of you ever heard of using silicone on worn mounts?
