For Some Reason my third brake light (on back dash) keeps shooting the bulb in it (passenger side bulb. so i have the left side buld working and the right buld keeps goinn out. what is this things major malfunction

Could be a frayed wire somewhere in that bulb's circuit. My best guess would be the ground wire.
