SO this is the whole story on my car,
I got a used engine (40k) put into my car, and it has been running like crap ever since
couple of things I have checked included

1)compression @ 150 across, and built over 100psi on forth stroke
2)fuel pressure @ 52 idle, 60 WOT
3)cam/crank timing, dowls fit pertfectly @ TDC
4)all new spark plugs
5)tried new coil packs (from a working car)
6)gm tech2 diagnostics (all sensors normal and working fine)
7)tried using old throttle body, injectors, O2 sensor, and map sensor

when the engine is running the problems are as follows:
1)idle is very rough
2)stalls coming off idle (about half the time)
3)smells very rich and smokes black sometimes
4)no power at any RPM
5)terrible fuel mileage


I am bringing it back to GM in a about a week, but that doesn't sound promising at all, any one who has any ideas (even very simple things) would be greatly appriciated, thanks
