lights above both buttons will come when the button is pushed but the device is not getting any power. ( ie when you push the button for the a/c the light comes on but the compressor doesn't start & if you push the button for rear defroster the light comes on but the grind doesn't heat up.) Does anyone know why? I check all the fuses and all is ok
