i have done a search and came up with one othe rpost on this.my ets off light and check engine light came on.why is this?it also turned itself off.i was told it has to do with a leaky hose but the topic the person wasnt sure.so is this the answer to the problem is their a leaky hose?

Only way to know is to get the code scanned. Its still there in memory, just go to autozone and have them pull the in-memory codes (history codes).

The ETS goes on when a wheel sensor goes bad too, that could be the cause of the problem. Or a wire leading to the sensor. I would reconmend doing what Shifted said and take it to somewhere that does free code scans, like AutoZone.
