after i did my oil change...i turned on my car and took off my oil cap, i put my hand over the opening and noticed air blowing out, i didnt notice any oil spraying out, just air...what could this mean????? its a 2.4 with 160,000Km, car runs fine..
it is blowbye, indicating worn rings, with that high of milage, so long as oil isn't shooting out, i wouldn't worry about it

Blow-by doesn't happen through the oil cap, it happens through the breather tube.
Its probably just heat. You put the cap on and seal the system. The oil gets hot air expands, you open the cap and the expanded air finds a way out. I wouldn't be worried about it.
