So my drl light was flashing for about 8 months and when id put my car in drive my headlights would flash for like 5 sec then stay off, today i went and bought some silverstar bulbs..they are 9004 i looked it up and its supposed to have a 9007....when i took my old bulbs out i had a 9007 and a 9004 when i put the matching silverstars in it stopped the drl blinking BUT it cause my "brights" emblem to stay on even if they are on dem..id rather have that than a flashing light..lol hope this helps someone

DRL's flashing then staying off is supposed to tell you that you have a burned out bulb, or if you have your headlights modded it can do this (mine are modded and did the same thing till I put another switch in) replacing your bulbs could have fixed the problem.

my actual headlights worked fine it was just the drls..oh well i didnt care if it was fixed or not i just wanted to put the silverstars in, got them for 4 bucks each at my walmart on clearance..lol
