get under the car ith a light and look for black streaks on the piping....next up would be to get under the car and have a buddy plug the exhaust a bit with a rag on his hand..sometimes it will make it louder.
Typically leaks happen at flanges, and on the tops of pipes since its hard to weld up there.
Hope that helps
If that's the case Id check flanges and any welded points. Being that your boosted you may have already collected black streaks but it sounds like something IE a weld broke.
If its only that little then its prolly something small....like I said a good visual check and then do the rag test. Youll find it
Ya thats the only real way to find a leak, go under the car and check the pipes to see if you can see cracks, or broken welds, or a bent part of the pipe. My downpipe would flex sometimes where only in reverse, because the engine rocked back, i would get an exhaust leak.
oh also you can check to see if the flanges are all tight, retighten any bolts and see if that helps.
yah best way imo is to have someone plug the exhaust pipe and feel around for the leak
You could use some seafoam. lol
