alright yes i have searched and tried everything i have found.. i changed a interior wire harness in my wifes 2000 ohv car with all power options. it wouldn't get any spark or signal to the fuel pump but would turn over so i figured pass lock easy ill just relearn it.. well that didn't work.. well then one day i did the 10 min one and it all kicked on and started right up and ran all day so we parked it that night and went back to finishing putting the seats in and all that stuff the next day and it was showing theft light again and no power to spark or fuel pump.. so i started researching and changed ignition module and the lock cylinder and have tried relearning several time the theft light doesn't flash it stays solid also.. anyone else have any ideas greatly appreciated thanks..

If the theft light is on solid, not flashing, that means that you are
not in lockout mode, but that passlock itself has failed. In theory, this would mean that the car would start no matter what key you used (assuming you could turn the cylinder).
Try replacing the ground on the battery tray, I believe that's where the cluster ground for passlock goes.
Other than that, check all of your fuses with a test light.
