well I was going on a 500+km drive(no idea how many miles), got to 450+/-km and was blowing the f/p/ injector fuse happened about 30 times in 50km, drove my nuts until decided to put 30amp fuse in to get into town, I drove around and kept blowing fuses, I drove back home using 30amp(lucky no fire), and then outside town that I live in I pop the 15 amp back in and drive it without blowing any, now I checked wires (didnt see anything rubbing or damaged), checked injector connectors, checked the current/draw from fuse panel, checked for draws or anything related to popping fuses from injectors all the way back, Any idea what it can be? in 10 years of working on cars(6 in stealership), I have not come across this, and I ned it fixed asap, as going for 1000km drive in december

I am not fluent with the gen you have right off.But just glancing at the issue I would check wiring going into the fuse box from the back side to insure a solid connection. And would probably trace it to the harness going thru the firewall (if there is a block connection) not sure or straight harness into the engine bay.Unless your ignition cylinder (for the key) has a wear spot and grounding it making it pop the fuse.Idk I have seen ignitions do strange things anything from no wipers,no blower for air/heat or door chimes stay on.Maybe some one has a better idea.Just tossing some ideas. If it has any play,it may show while just idling try wiggling it.Good luck on correcting it.
