losing fluids

First off, how do you know if you're injector is leaking???
I start my car up, and it low idles for about 30 seconds, then it seems fine
I've heard that's a sign of a leaking injector, but I want clarification
but in that time of low idle, I smell something strange but only since I've put my header in so I dont know if that's the burnt fuel I smell, or fresh fuel

Also

I seem to be losing Oil...
I dont know where to start checking. I just put a RK Sport pulley on about 2 weeks ago, and I've added 2 qts in that time
I was losing oil before (2 qrts per change), but I blamed it to my hard driving
I dont notice any oil on my belt, and I changed my front mail crank seal when I replaced the pulley, so I dont think that's it

Mods are listed on my page

any suggestions?

dont know much about the injectors but this smell could be an exhaust leak, did you replace the gasket when you put the header on? ive got a leak in the exhaust pipe in the middle of the car and only on starting the car i can smell the exhaust which sort of smells like unburnt fuel.....also fresh fuel would smell like when you spill gas at the gas station so you'd know that smell lol

the oil thing, maybe you didnt put the crank seal in right? idk anything about that, just a thought
