I know Chevy revised the 2.2 several times from 95-2001 with the crank sensor ect. . Need to know if a 2001 engine will work in a 98 . Im assuming not , but could be wrong , I know nothing about cavaliers .
GM loves to change plugs on the harness, make sure you have the old one available, and in 98 they started the 2200, is this what the 01 has you want? Just splice and dice plugs, and you should be fine.
