I was wondering how long my timing chain is expected to last I have 149000 on the car and have owned it since new.It has had regular oil changes and maintenance..Thanks in advance

I would strongly suggest replacing it.Even though it has low miles the age of the chain can deterioate or get weak.Even my original car manual does not have a time/mileage for service.I do believe it is 100,000 or less probably more between 80-90 on average.I would get a new one just do to age myself.Hope my advice has helped you being a first gen owner for 12 yrs even tho it was family owned since 1990 and it was done around 90,000 back for the original.

It would be good peace of mind to know you have a new timing chain that should last for another 150000 without any service, instead of having that question in the back of your mind.
