in a nutshell, my compressor wont engage. i jumped the pressure switch and it works so i knew i was either low on refrigerant or it had a bad switch. upon inspection of the compressor hose, i noticed a hole at the bottom and it seems that the line was cut by the fan blade. im looking for a clip or a retainer that would keep the hose away from the fan shroud. i called the gm house and was told that once upon a time a clip existed but its now discontinued. i cant seem to find it in any diagrams or manuals, much less on my own car. does anybody know if such a clip exists, or have any ideas of what to use to keep that hose from rubbin? zip ties?

Just zip tie it or use some kind of P Clamp
