water vapor in exhaust

just as the title says, i know its humid down here in MB, SC. but i was out tonight, turned my car off for about an hour, came back and started it up, wanted to let it warm up a bit before driving so i walked over grabbed a soda and on the walk back to my car, i noticed that there was a thick vapor cloud coming out both exhaust tips. sort of like a cold start in the winter, but it was warm and humid, didnt smell like coolant, or oil. just wondering i suppose

Does it feel like running rich?

its slow after it warms up, i wouldnt say its running rich, i cant explain how it feels, more like you have to drive it, its peppy til it warms up and then it just doesnt want to go from stoplights easily. gotta put a decent pedal on it.
