My 96 Z24 blows few air by all the vents, already replaced the resistor and blower motor to no avail. Do anyone know of an upgrade to the blower motor? Is it normal that this car blows so little? Anyone who has solved this problem pls. help

Check the foam around the vents...

check the foam around the vents, pull off the dash cover and verify that all of the duct work is hooked up right, and last piece of advise, put it on the vent only setting and close the ones on the passenger side, that will force more air your way

You might want to check if there is a bunch of dirt clogging the fins in the what is it condenser or evaporator whatever in the heater box. After a number of years they will collect a lot of dust and with condensation it will turn to mud and block a lot of air flow. I did one of my kids cars a while ago. I just used a spray cleaner and I can't remember what it was. I'm thinking maybe brake cleaner or carb cleaner. Someone else has probably done it and hopefully can remember what to use. I just removed the housing and sprayed it in place with heavy plastic down to catch the crap coming out.

I will try that, thanks. Is there a filter for the air somewhere? If so it must be cloged just have to figure out its location to replace it or clean it.

The vent under the glass outside collects leaves, this is when the fan get the air to blow in the cabin. Leaves and stuff will collect there. When you pulled the fan out did you check for leaves in the box? My mother in law has an oak tree in her yard and I had to clean both of these to get a better air flow in the cabin.
