ok a few things here first the coolant pipe that runs into the head im not sure what its called but it has a hole in it and is pissing out all the coolant in less than 5 minutes second the tank leaks once pressure is built up im pretty sure its coming out the overflow hose and third i dont think my fan is working. what should i do after i replace the pipe and tank? y wouold my fan not work and how do i fix it?

p.s. anyone kno what the pipe is called?
