My 1999 sunfire is causing me problems

Hopefully someone can help

since i bought this car 2 years ago, everything has gone wrong with it. from wireing problems, overheating problems, oil blow by problems, brakes. master cylinder, wheel cylinder, you name it it has broken or fallen off.. and i have replaced them all.

since we got the car, the high beams have never worked, and alot of the wires between the washer bottle and the frame were rusted/burned, so i replaced them, according to gm that is common for sunfires, but offer no explanation as to why. a short time later the control swith failed for the lights 240 dollars later they work again. now i have no low beams but one high beam right passeneger side, and no bulbs are burned out, and no wires burned or frayed, gm is lost, and my high beam on one side is irrateing everyone,

can anyone tell me what this is all about.. drl is brand new, and i have replaced the head lights 3x just to be sure i was not stupid, and nothing, one high beam. no burned fuses. or wires anywhere. i had read on this site about the under the battery and dimmer switch, and they are not at all related..

if anyone can offer help i would appreciate it...

thanks

adam

have you thuroughly inspected the headlamp wiring harness and ALL splice connections? Not just a quick look at the harness but actualy opening it up and inspecting all the wires, splices, and connections.
