so i have a problem and its that my high beam light is always on. but the thing is this only occured after i hooked up my hids. they are low beam only 6000k's. i hooked them up and niether of them worked so i unpluged one of the to see if it would work and it didnt. then i put the stock 9007 bulb back in the side that i disconnected the hid from and the side i left in worked. then i connected up the hid again and kept in the stock bulb and all three worked. that was yesterday, today i hooked it up the same way and it did not work so i started my car and niether worked still but i noticed the high beam light was on and tried to turn it off and it wouldnt turn off. help!!! anyone plz!

You need to disable your Daytime Running Lights when you install HID's. Look at the posts in the Audio & Electronics forum for help there.
Keep in mind that J-cars are negative-switched for the headlights... so there's always power on the positive (common to both bulbs) side, and the ground is only present when you turn the low or high beams on (on the respective wires). If your ballasts' case touches ground, they may turn on unexpectedly. I had to isolate my ballasts from the car frame, until I put a relay into the circuit (only one of my HID bulbs would strike up if they were both wired in... )
