Ok guys this is so stressful I am on #16 on changing my water outlet. It is broke now in the parking lot at work. I'm about to fix it when my girl gets here. Why in the hell does it keep breaking. It breaks where the damn hose hooks up to. I have motor and tranny mounts so the motor does not tourqe a lot. Please help what do I need to do to fixz this thanks guys

dont know dude....I replaced mine at least 4 times when I had it, and the new owner has changed it about 2 times. I never had a problem before it was turbo'd. after I bypassed the heater core I kept breaking them. they should make an aluminum one.

Hell so its an occuring thing damn that sucks. That what I was thinking aluminum or something. Its an easy fix but damn cooilent is not cheap lol.

i replaced it once.. if your using a hose clamp maybe your tightening it too much its pretty hard plastic and withstands pretty hot temps
