my odometer has started to fade in and out and the numbers go to all zero's and then it goes blank, but if you put pressure on the cluster it all pops back on with the correct mileage.. what you think? ground? if so where would i track down the ground for the cluster? am i going to have to take the top part of my dash off and tighten the cluster?

I had the exact same problem, but eventually my odometer died completely. There is a seller on ebay from Ohio, and he sells new clusters for about $30. I bought one, and it works great.

if we are talking about the same guy (crookedwilly was his ebay name) he stoped selling cav clusters with BIN prices but he still has sunfire ones, thats what i have

do the sunfrie ones fit in correctly? also does he program your current mileage into it?
Im pretty sure the PCM has the mileage, not the cluster
