Fuel system cleaning (not the junk bottles you put in the gas, a real fuel system service). Fuel filter, Air filter, plugs, throttle body cleaning.

you probaly bought tainted Gas. The way i reason if a car is hesitating and not flat out dying its detonating
which means low octane which could traced to some @$$hole filling up the tanks at the gas station with water

i would go to a shop and get a fuel system cleaning done. i work for sears so i had my auto shop take care of mine, works wonders on gas mileage and helped slightly with power...

but if its tainted gas you could try some heet.. but i dont think that stuff really works...

Toss some dry gas in your take and pull your plugs and check them for cracks. My buddies car was acting like this just after changing the plugs. He tightened them down too much and cracked 3 of the 4.

I looked at your registry, you have two ecos, one manual, one auto.
Which of the two is having this issue?
If its the stick one, see above, if its the auto, it could be something else.
