Turn signal is flashing fast, indicating a problem... rear right signal isn't working. The bulb didn't look bad but I swapped it with the other side and it didn't change. What could it be? The bulb should be making fine contact. Will a faulty flasher cause the rapid flash?
Ok, think about what you just said... You just TOOK out your other bulb, of course it's going to flash faster. Replace both bulbs and put some new non corrosive grease on it.
i think what he was saying is, he took the other bulb out put it in the side that flashes fast and it still didnt correct? Id check your wiring/contacts is the inside indicator flasing as well?

Haha. You took out the bad bulb and put it in the other side. So the bad bulb still is part of the system. Of course your indicator will flash quickly still. You didn't fix the problem, just relocated it.
Replace both bulbs and it should fix it.
