98 Sunfire GT Engine knock/click

I've been browsing through the pages and I've read up on the different clicks/knocks but none have really specifically described mine. As of now I am going that it is the Timing Chain & Tensioner based on the location/area of the noise.
When my car is idling, generally after warming up, I start to get this click noise, similar to a diesel engine as was previously mentioned in this forum. The car just rolled over 131000, I bought it Saturday and heard none of this noise until I changed the Oil to Synthetic 5w-30, filter too obviously, Spark plugs to AC Delco Plats and when I filled up Monday I put Gumout FI cleaner in. I started Monday night after a short drive from my mothers. It did it continuously today after I drove about 5 miles, I drove further after that, but it was bout then I noticed. Anyhow. After the around 20m drive and have parked for 2 hours and starting up to leave it didnt do it the entire drive back. I'm confused?
Also, when it is doing the clickish sound and I shut the car off I can 'feel' it? I'm not sure if I have used the best words to describe. Any help would be LOVED!

Shister. I thought I mentioned everything. It's a 5spd. Only makes this noise when Clutch is in. Gear/Neutral makes no difference. Stops after application of gas and under driving(obviously).

Thanks ahead of time!

People arent logged on 24/7 and it takes time to get a answer.

Im rackin my brain to think what could be causing it, but i cant think of anything without actually looking at it.
