Found oil in intake and coiming out of exhaust

So while installing my amp I took off the intake and saw a small puddle of oil in there. I then went started the car and noticed oil coming out of the exhaust. Is this a typical symptom of a bad head gasket. Its a 2004 Chevy Cavalier.

2.2 ecotec all bone stock. Motor only has around 65,000 on it.
