Hi guys.

Own a 2004 Cavalier.. used to have the Hahn Stage 2 Turbo kit.. took it off, attempting to sell.

I just completely took the kit off; and did a complete motor swap. I'm throwing two codes.. I need your help.

1) Lean Bank "1" - Long term +24, short +4.

2) Random Misfire was on.. but then it was gone after start up.

The guy said this:

He said he thinks there's a leak somewhere in the intake manifold, for that's why the lean bank 1 .. and the computer is trying to compensate by sending extra fuel, which is what long term +24, and short +4 are.

He said the misfire is gone.. so he's not sure what to think. He said it came on initially when he started the car, but after 1 minute or so, it was gone.

However, he said the catalytic converter I have on the car is too small.. I need a bigger one. I do remember the shop who installed the turbo kit, said that I would need a new catalytic converter.. so i think he may be right.

What do you guys think?
